luri’elle Assurance, that I have the great honour to preside since January of this year, is a ten years old Association, gathering French women working in insurance and having the desire to develop between them and around them, synergies to rebalance the presence of women at responsibility levels in insurance area. We lead our action in a positive spirit, forging professional and friendly preferred ties that open doors and facilitate professional life, saying that women and men are partners of economic life and, as such, must work in perfect harmony, with different but always complementary approaches.
Our around 100 members come from all insurance sectors (with a majority of insurance and reinsurance companies, brokers and Risk managers) but they are all women of action and heart; and to make it clear, let us say that an independent spirit , solidarity, pragmatism and sense of responsibility are the qualities required to join Pluri’elle.
We are, of course, in close relation with others women associations such as the ones created within Insurance Companies (AXA, Generali, ACE, AIG…) and Mutual (Mederic Malakoff) but also FINANCIELLE , gathering bank and insurance sector, or dedicated to specific actions “ Women and sustainable development”… or industrial sectors.
All our actions are around social and societal topics and themes of our meetings promote personal, cultural and professional enrichment.
Last April, gathering our members to discuss about the future of our Association in a “forum coffee“, the major requirement were the geographical enlargement of our network to a worldwide one!
How to do so?
As we want to succeed in that new challenge, our target is to co-opt all our members abroad best friends as Pluri’elle gals!
So, if you agree to join our association as a Plurielle’gal, we’ll encourage you in standing for candidacy through your friend and so, after agreement by our board, being part of our association.
We’ll enjoy to welcome you in our workshops on insurance technical subject and sharing of expertise.
Don’t hesitate to send us topics areas you would like to see covered in those.
With all my friendly regards,
Béatrice Blanchard Duhayon
